Return Policy

Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund of the product costs to the original payment.

1. Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased from our website. You can return an item for any reason, as long as it is in its original condition, packaging and unused condition.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be required to pay the cost of the return postage unless the item is faulty. We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days (cost of the goods only). Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged

  • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging

  • Items that are custom-made or personalized

1. Introduction This Sales Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase of digital products from Jane Taylor, through our Wix website. By purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these terms. 2. Product Information 2.1. All digital products offered for sale are described on our website. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. 2.2. Digital products are non-tangible items and are delivered electronically. 3. Ordering and Payment 3.1. To purchase a digital product, you must provide accurate and complete billing information. 3.2. Payment is processed securely through our Wix website. We accept card payment methods. 3.3. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access your digital product. 4. Delivery and Access 4.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link or access to the digital product via your account on our website. 4.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary software and hardware to access and use the digital product. 4.3. We make no warranties regarding the speed or reliability of internet connections or the performance of your computer system. 5. Ownership and Intellectual Property 5.1. All intellectual property rights in the digital products, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain the property of Jane Taylor 5.2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your personal use only. 6. Refunds and Returns 6.1. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. 6.2.  7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of a digital product is limited to the purchase price of the product. 7.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.   8. Governing Law 8.1. This Sales Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 9. Changes to the Sales Policy 9.1. Therapy & Learning

1. Discovery Call

  • Required Prior to Booking: All potential clients are required to schedule a discovery call before booking sessions.

  • Purpose of Discovery Call: The discovery call is an opportunity to assess suitability and discuss the therapy or learning  process.

2. Payment

  • Payment at Time of Booking: Payment for all sessions is required at the time of booking.

  • Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include BACS and card payments.

  • Prepayment Plans: Prepayment plans may be offered subject to availability.

3. Therapy/Learning Agreement

A detailed therapy/learning agreement will be provided to clients before commencing sessions. This agreement outlines the specific terms and conditions governing the individual sessions

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations.

  • No Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling: If a cancellation is made with sufficient notice, the client may be able to reschedule the session.

5. Outdoor Sessions

  • Weather Cancellations: Outdoor sessions may be cancelled if the Met Office issues a severe weather warning.

  • Alternative Arrangements: In case of cancellation due to weather, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the client, such as rescheduling or conducting the session via video or phone.
