Return Policy

Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund of the product costs to the original payment.

1. Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased from our website. You can return an item for any reason, as long as it is in its original condition, packaging and unused condition.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be required to pay the cost of the return postage unless the item is faulty. We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days (cost of the goods only). Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
• Items that are custom-made or personalized

Here are the steps on how to use a pendulum for dowsing:

• Choose a pendulum. Pendulums come in a variety of shapes and sizes and are made of various materials such as metal and crystals.
• Find your yes and no answers. Hold the pendulum in your dominant hand, with the palm facing down. Ask the pendulum to show you a yes answer, and then wait for the pendulum to start swinging in a consistent direction. This will be your yes answer. Then, ask the pendulum to show you a no answer, and wait for the pendulum to start swinging in a different direction. This will be your no answer.
• Ask questions. Once you know your yes and no answers, you can start asking the pendulum questions. Be sure to phrase your questions in a way that can be answered with a yes or no. For example, you could ask "Is there water in this area?" 
• Interpret the answers. When the pendulum starts swinging, watch the direction of the swing. If it swings in your yes answer direction, then the answer to your question is yes. If it swings in your no answer direction, then the answer to your question is no.
• Practice, practice, practice. The more you practice using a pendulum, the better you will become at interpreting the answers. So don't be afraid to experiment and ask all sorts of questions.

• Find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted.
• Relax and clear your mind before you start asking questions.
• Trust your intuition. If you feel like the pendulum is giving you a wrong answer, don't be afraid to ask the question again.
• Have fun! Dowsing with a pendulum can be a great way to connect with your intuition and explore your spiritual side.

Remember, dowsing is a subjective practice. What works for one person may not work for another. The most important thing is to find a technique that you are comfortable with and that you believe in.
