Return Policy

Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund of the product costs to the original payment.

1. Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased from our website. You can return an item for any reason, as long as it is in its original condition, packaging and unused condition.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be required to pay the cost of the return postage unless the item is faulty. We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days (cost of the goods only). Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
• Items that are custom-made or personalized

Dowsing rods are used to detect the presence of water, minerals, or other hidden substances. The rods are held in the hands, and when they cross over the target, they are said to "vibrate" or "swing".

• Relax your hands and allow the rods to hang naturally.
• Walk slowly over the area where you suspect the target is located.

Some dowsers believe that the rods move because they are being influenced by a magnetic field or other energy associated with the target. Others believe that the movement of the rods is simply a subconscious response to the dowser's expectations.
